Sodium Hyaluronate

The smaller, salt form of hyaluronic acid that penetrates more deeply into skin to draw water in and hold it there, plumping fine lines and improving hydration from within. One of the safest and most versatile skincare ingredients, with no known irritation risk. Effective from 0.1%; most K-beauty serums and essences use 0.5–1% — concentrations above 2% can paradoxically dehydrate skin in dry environments.
