Titanium Dioxide
A mineral UV filter that works by sitting on the skin's surface and reflecting UV rays away — similar to zinc oxide, but with stronger UVB protection and generally less visible white cast. It's the go-to filter for tinted sunscreens and everyday mineral SPF formulas, and is almost always combined with zinc oxide for full broad-spectrum coverage. Look for it at 5–15% in formulations.
